Abstract:In order to evaluate the main species of Brucella epidemic strains in Hinggan League, to guide clinical treatment by studing the drug sensitivity of Brucella epidemic strains in vitro. Of 200 blood samples of clinically diagnosed brucellosis patients were collected from county with high incidence of brucellosis and County with dense population. The 28 strains of Brucella were isolated by automatic blood culture instrument. The species were identified by automatic biochemical identification system, BCSP31-PCR and traditional classical methods. Finally, broth microdilution method was used to test the susceptibility of 25 strains of Brucella to 13 antibiotics in vitro. The result is that 18 strains (64.29%) were identified as B.melitensis type 3, and the rest (35.71%) were identified as B.melitensis type 1. Twenty-five strains were tested for drug sensitivity, 100% were sensitive to doxycycline(DOX), gentamicin(GM), streptomycin(STR) and tetracycline(TET), 16% were probably less sensitive to rifampicin (RIF) and ceftriaxone(CRO), 20% were resistant to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (SXT), and 100% were resistant to azithromycin(AZ). Brucella epidemic strains in Hinggan League is B.melitensis type 3 at present, they are more sensitive to the first-line regimen drugs. In the acute stage of brucellosis, standardized treatment should be adopted. The first-line regimen drugs are doxycycline(DOX), gentamicin(GM), streptomycin(STR) and rifampicin(RIF).
