Abstract:To study gene sequence characteristics of rDNA ITS2 from different geograhical strains of Aedes alboictus(A.alboictus) in Fujian rovince,larvae of them were collected from five investigation sots in Fuding,Wuyishan,Hanjiang and Dongshan to breed in the laboratory,and the adults were conserved in 75% alcohol under-20℃.rDNA ITS2 of A.alboictus were secifically amlified by CR,and genetic olymorhism analysis of them were conducted by bioinformation system.Results demonstrated that an aroximate 500b amlified fragment was obtained from agar gel electrohoresis by CR.As there were transition,transversion and deletion in the mononucleotide of rDNA ITS2 gene,A.alboictus from different geograhical environment in Fujian rovince showed gene olymorhism in sequence analysis on rDNA ITS2.However,there was no difference in gene sequence of rDNA ITS2,in the five mosquitoes of A.alboictus from the same geograhical environment.It's indicated that the genetic olymorhism resentd on rDNA ITS2 of A.alboictus from different geograhical regions in Fujian rovince are robably related to ecological environment such as altitude,temerature,rainfall and humidity.
