鲍曼不动杆菌17种β内酰胺酶基因研究

Genetic study on 17 β-lactamase genes in Acinetobacter baumannii
摘要 目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌(Acinetobacter baumannii.Ab)β内酰胺酶耐药基因存在状况。方法根据美国CLSI2004年版要求进行抗生素敏感性判断,应用PCR技术对Ab菌进行17种β内酰胺酶基因测定。结果Ab对13种抗菌药物耐药严重。27株Ab菌中blaTEM阳性22株(81.5%)、blaOXA-23群阳性12株(44.4%),blaADC阳性23株(85.2%)。其中12株为blaTEM、blaOXA-23群、blaADC3种β内酰胺酶基因均阳性,10株为blaTEM、blaADC2种β内酰胺酶基因阳性。结论我院分离的Ab不仅具有多重耐药性,而且blaTEM、blaOXA-23群、blaADC等β内酰胺酶基因携带率高。

Abstract :The existence of β-lactamase genes of Acinetobacter baumannii was investigated in 27 stains of A.baumannii isolated from Jan.2005 to Dec 2005 in No.2 Hospital of Ningbo city,in which the antibiotics susceptibility test was performed according to the American CLSI 2004 standard,and the β-lactamase genes were detected by using PCR assay.It was found that existence of multi-drug resistance of A.baumannii was a serious issue under this condition,because in these 27 strains isolated were resistant to 13 different antimicrobial drugs.To the 17 β-lactamase genes tested,the positive strains to blaTEM,blaOXA-23 and blaADC were 22(81.5%),12(44.4%)and 23(85.2%)respectively.Among these strains,12 strains were positive for all these 3 genotypes;10 strains positive for both blaTEM and blaSDC.It is concluded from the above observation that there are not only the existence of the multi-drug resistance,but also higher percentage of β-lactamase gene,such as blaTEM,blaOXA23 and blaADC,in A.baumannii isolated from No.2 Hospital of Ningbo city.
