Abstract:Aim Immuno-activated antigens that blocked malaria transmission in midgut of A stephensi and female A sinensis were distinguished;The distribution of immuno-activated antigens in midgut of female A stephensi was studied.Methods\ Immuno-activated antigens in midgut of A stephensi and female A sinensis were analysed by Enzyme Linked Immunoelectrotransfer Blots(ETTB).IFA was performed to detect the location of immunoactivated antigens in midgut of female A stephensi.Results\ Midgut antigens of A stephensi and female A sinensis which reacted with antiserum of anti-female A stephensi midgut showed 9、9、6 protein bands respectively.Stronger fluorescent light appeared the outer of midgut wall,but a weaker in the nucleus of midgut wall cell.Conclusions\ Specific immuno-activated bands of midgut in famale A stephensi contains 79、76、60、46kDa;It mainly distributed in the outer midgut wall,only a little in the nucleus of midgut wall cell.
