Abstract:To investigate the variation of interleukin17( IL17) and transforming growth factorβ(TGFβ)in peripheral blood in mouse, BALB/c mice infected with Mycoplasma suis were used t constituteaa model. The variation of IL17 and TGFβ concentration in peripheral blood of mouse were detectedby using the (method of ELISA after 1, 3,5,7 and 9 days, respectively. The results showed that after one day, three days, five days, seven days and nine days, IL17 in the peripheral blood of mouse infected with Mycoplasma suis was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01) respectively. Five days later, IL17 concentration in the peripheral blood of mouse raised to the highest point(P<0.01). After one day, three days, five days and seven days, TGFβ in the peripheral blood of mouse infected with Mycoplasma suis was respectively significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Three days later, TGFβ concentration in the peripheral blood of mouse raised to the highest point(P<0.01). Nine days later, TGFβ concentration in the peripheral blood of mouse infected with Mycoplasma suis was no statistically significant difference compared to the control group(P>0.05). In conclusion, IL17 and TGFβ in peripheral blood of BALB/c mice infected with Mycoplasma suis increased, and raised to the highest point in the fifth day and third day. The results prouide scientific data for proinflammatory mechanism of Mycoplasma suis and provided a theoretical basis for clinical immunotherapy.
