Abstract:Abstract: Objective This article aims to explore the effective of transdermal agent of PZQ by different dose and treat times, and the effective of the transdermal agent of praziquantel on Schistosoma japonicum around mature, provided more convenient access to treatment of schistosomiasis. Methods All of the experiment groups of Kunming mice were infected with Schistosoma japonicum cercariae by 40 ± 2, the Kunming mice were infected by Schistosoma japonicum after 21d,28d and 35d , they were treated through abdominal transdermal with different dose and treat times; While all of the experiment groups set control groups, all of the mices were dissected 42d after infection,it calculated worm reduction rate, egg reduction rate and miracidia hatching reduction rate of treatment groups,it evaluated the therapeutic effect of transdermal agent. Results Worm reduction rate was 56.92% and 56.15% with high doses of the transdermal agent and low dose transdermal three times 35d after infection respectively, The effective of low dose transdermal three times was better, Egg reduction rate was less 70%; Worm reduction rate was more than 65% on the 21d, 28d after infection by transdermal three times, egg reduction rate was close to 100%.Conclusion The transdermal agent of praziquantel on adult worms have the certain effective of killing. the effects was dependentment on dose and times of praziquantel transdermal agents,the better treatment effect was more times and low dose.
