Abstract:Abstract: Objective to understand the cause of nosocomial infection Multi-drug resistance Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRAB) of homology and epidemiological characteristics. For control MDRAB infection, making reasonable prevention and control measures to provide basis.
Methods using random amplified polymorphism DNA (RAPD) technology on nosocomial infection MDRAB strain genetic typing, with clustering analysis software homology analysis.
Results 72 strains MDRAB is divided into seven genotypes, Type A: 22.2%; Type B: 4.2%; C: 40.3%; D type: 2. 8%; E: 2.8%;F type: 1.4%; G type: 26.4%; A, C, G type MDRAB in ICU and neurosurgery happened three times infection outbreak.
Conclusion MDRAB in ICU and surgical ward vulnerable to cross infection; RAPD is nosocomial infection and epidemiological good research means.
