摘要 戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus, HEV)是一种可跨种间传播,严重危害人类健康的病毒性肝炎(hepatitis E, HE)的病原体,目前尚无有效的治疗方法和药物。RNA干扰(RNA interference, RNAi)是真核生物的一种自我保护机制,可以阻止病毒入侵宿主细胞。RNAi技术广泛应用于病毒基因的转录后调节,已经成功抑制了多种病毒的复制。现介绍RNAi的干涉机制在抗戊型肝炎病毒中的研究进展。
Abstract:Hepatitis E virus (HEV) is transmitted across species, it is the causative agent of acute fulminant hepatitis E (HE). To date, there is no effective antiviral treatment or medicine against the infection. RNA interference (RNAi) is a self-defense mechanism in eukaryote for suppressing virus into host cell. It has been widely used to suppress viral gene expression by post-transcriptional regulation, which has been successfully applied in viral replication studies in viruses. In this paper, researches on anti-HEV infection by RNAi were introduced.
