Abstract:Effect Analysis of the Key Professional Population which Intervened by the Brucellosis Bacteria Vaccine 5 Years in Arong Banner, Inner Mongolia

Abstract: Discussing the immune protective effect of the key professional population which have been inoculated Brucellosis bacteria vaccine. Among the 2200 people of high risk population which have been inoculated the Brucellosis bacteria vaccine in 2005,we paid 1772 people a return visit in October 2010. According to the method of RBPT and SAT(WS269―2007), and combining with anamnesis and clinical symptoms ,there were 22 confirmed cases of brucellosis (9 cases attacked in the longest incubation period ). By which Analyze the protective effect of the Brucellosis bacteria vaccine inoculated after 5years. The result is After vaccine intervention, there was an obvious decline in the reported cases of Brucellosis in Arong Banner, it was down 84.17% from 2005 to 2006,the morbidity rate of Brucellosis had declined from 347.32/100,000 fell to 54.45/100,000.It showed that vaccine intervention had obvious effect. After vaccine intervention 5 years, the total morbidity rate of Brucellosis was only 0.73% in the key professional population of reunion surveys, it was far below the average morbidity rate of the key population in hulunbeier. In conclusion Brucellosis bacteria vaccine inoculation has obviously immune protective effect to the crowd.
