Abstract:T. granarius were collected from the dust of the air-conditioning filters to observe the surface morphology of T. granarius by using the SEM. The living mites were cleaned and isolated using the continuous zoom stereoscope, and then the surface morphology of T. granarius such as gnathosoma, dorsal shield, coxal plate, apodemes and setae was observed by the SEM. The surface morphology of T. granarius are obtained clearly and these results are important for identification of the mites and the research of their allergens.
