The 16SrRNA gene and biological characteristics of Delftia acidovorans

Abstract:We studied the biological and molecular characteristics of Delftia acidovorans and its relationship with infection. Blood samples were cultured positive. By Gram staining, gram negative bacilli and coccobacillus can be observed under microscope. Results showed the morphology, cultural characteristics, 16SrRNA gene sequence, and identification of bacteria for Delftia acidovorans. Results showed that determination results of 1 418 bp sequence were consistent with this kind of bacteria strain pattern in the sequence of 100%. There was a different biochemical reaction between isolates and type strain. In this paper, we reported the biological properties of 53 types of Delftia acidovorans, providing reference for routine identification.
