Abstract:Picornaviridae protein 3A is a non-structural protein of the virus. This article mainly introduced the characteristics of 3A gene and its encoding protein, the role of cell protein transport and interaction with other proteins. ARF family protein and 3A protein in the vesicles transportation synthetically discusses the interaction mechanism and so on.
