Abstract:Chemiluminescence is a new and extremely sensitive technology. In this paper, we reviewed the fundamental principal and category of chemiluminescence, and described the new technologies used in chemiluminescence detection system, such as nanomaterials, magnetic beads, biosensors and so on. Subsequently, the latest application of chemiluminescence in zoonoses diagnostics and animal diseases diagnostics has been particularly reported. Finally, the prospects of chemiluminescence for the next few years are proposed.
