Abstract:In order to survey the genotype of Mycoplasma pneumonia (Mp) strains isolated from children with Mp infection and the drug resistance difference of genotypes to large ring lactone class of drugs in Meizhou area, a total of 865 throat swabs were collected from children with pneumonia in Meizhou area from January 2015 to December 2015. The swabs were cultured to detect Mp. The drug sensitivity of Mp to erythromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin, acetylspiramycin, clindamycin and clarithromycin was evaluated. The nested-multiplex PCR based on MP P1 gene was performed to detect the subtype of MP gene, and the drug resistance difference of genotypes was researched to large ring lactone class of drugs. According to the result of the cultivation of Mp, 289 (33.41%) were Mp-positive, the infection rate of spring and summer was significantly higher than that of autumn and winter. The antimicrobial drug resistant rate for six kinds were 59.17% (171/289), 52.60% (152/289), 35.64% (103/289), 32.87% (95/289), 28.37% (82/289) and 34.26% (99/289) respectively. From the result of classification, the 243 cases of type (85.87%) were P1-I strains, 40 cases (14.13%) were P1-II strains of` these. Among 196 cases with large ring lactone class antibiotic drug resistance of Mp positive samples, 187cases were P1-I strains, accounting for 76.95% (187/243) of the entire P1-I; 5 cases were P1-II, accounting for only 12.5% (5/40) of the entire P1-II. The resistant rate of P1-I strains was significantly higher than P1-II strains (χ2=73.09, P<0.01). In conclusion, Mp is still one of the main pathogen of pneumonia in children in Meizhou area, its popular genotype is given priority to with P1-I, at the same time there is also P1-II, strains.
