Abstract:loop-mediated isothermal amplification is a rapid detection method that can be used for clinical diagnosis and can be used to detect viruses, bacteria, parasites and other pathogens. It has been improved and plays an important role in the clinical testing process. The color reaction can be used to achieve visualization of the results, and the results can immediately display. However, both the fluorescent dye and the color indicator can impact the reaction process. The current study shows that hydroxyl naphthol blue is the best color reagent. At the same time, it was found that electrochemical technology can also be applied to the method, which can make the detection reaction be faster and the operation more simple. Biosensors can synchronized detect a variety of reaction products. And microfluidic chip is easy to carry and is expected to become the ideal carrier for real-time detection technology.
