Abstract:To compare the effect of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA) for detection of the serological of brucellosis, 299 sheep serum from Golmud were chosen to detect brucellosis by GICA, tiger red tube agglutination test (RBPT) and tube agglutination test (SAT), to analyze the consistency of the testing results of three methods. The kappa value of consistency test result of RBPT and SAT was 0.972 (χ2=282.563, P<0.001). The kappa value of consistency test result of GICA and SAT was 0.940 (χ2=256.577, P<0.001). The experimental results of GICA and RBPT has highly consistency with SAT.
