Abstract:There are studies that Brucella can grow up protective sheath flagella under certain growth conditions, and this flagellum may play an important role in the continuous infection of Brucella in the host. The purpose of this paper is to understand the structural information of Brucella flagellum and its possible pathogenic mechanism, and to explore its application value. By consulting the relevant literature, we have noticed the following aspects, including Brucella flagellation, gene expression regulation, immunogenicity and virulence, immune evasion, and quorum sensing. This paper makes some explanations on the above content.
