Abstract:The prevention and treatment of infectious diseases is closely associated with national security and human health. Although research on infectious diseases has been continually strengthened in China in recent years, the status of infectious diseases remains a serious concern. For an overall understanding of the current situation in this field, this paper describes the epidemic status of infectious diseases in China, systematically reviews research and prevention progress, and summarizes the achievements in prevention and treatment. Finally, this paper proposes suggestions based on an analysis of the problems associated with infectious disease prevention.
