Abstract Rodentia is the largest variety, quantity, and the widely distributed species in the mammalian class. As the main host of plague, the relationship of rodentia with plague has been a hot topic in the field of plague prevention and treatment. This article is a review of the relationship between the population ecological indices of rodents and the epidemic of plague.
